I must be having a nightmare!

6:30 a,m
Today is Sunday, February 27th, and I live in Scottsdale, ARIZONA. This is what greeted me this morning at 6:30 a.m.

What is this white crap doing here?? I do have to say it is beautiful though. It is melting pretty quickly.... at least we won't have to shovel it.

Is that snow? It snowed in Scottsdale? Now I have hope that we may get snow in the Florida Keys. It's really beautiful.

And we missed it... I expected to wake up to snow here on the desert floor in Palm Springs,,, I will get pictures when I am out today, tho. because it was to come down real low... I know the temps dropped into the 30's...
It is beautiful... I feel that snow is best viewed from the living room window.. haha.
hugs,.. keep warm

Oh WOW. I lived in Scottsdale/Phoenix for 10 years and have NEVER seen snow in the desert. That's for Flagstaff is for! Yikes. It IS pretty though, you have to admit. And not like here in Chicago where you have to shovel shovel shovel.

Your gardens look like mine did right around the same time... except that we had nearly a foot of the white stuff on the ground, then a bitter, bitter cold morning that had everything coated in sparkling frost. After a few days above freezing, there are now peeks of the ground showing here and there.... Thankfully my hubby does the plowing and shoveling :)
