I started around mid to late May and while I don't know how much I've lost in pounds, I know I have lost as I can now wear some pants that before I couldn't even close the snap on. I started eating more whole foods, a.k.a. less processed foods and smaller meals more often. I began losing weight back in October. I take it slow since I think that's the best way to lose weight. I've lost 30 lbs already, which was my original goal, but I think I'm going for 5 more. I view this as a "lifestyle" change rather than a diet and I have found that there is definitely room to splurge every now and then. I've even found that sometimes just a bite of a "forbidden" food is enough to satisfy me.
